Frankly, I’ve never been to the conference so I don’t personally know. But every year the FOMO hits me hard, seeing all those bitcoiners having so much fun on twitter.
Bitcoin Miami strives to be the biggest event so it is a bit fiat in my European eyes. We see all this hype as too American, to be honest. From discussions I’ve had with Greek bitcoiners who visited last year they’re seeing the same thing.
But it sure is fun, and if you focus on the signal, the satellite events and the bitcoin-only crowd then you’re bound to have fun.
Just to spoil a bit of that fun, here’s an old guide I wrote about attending conferences as a bitcoiner. Take care so you don’t become a cautionary tale. https://loveisbitcoin.com/how-to-stay-safe-at-bitcoin-conventions-hackathons-and-blind-dates/
On the bright side, many, many plebs have said that they had lots of fun at these huge conferences so if you’re a tiny bit careful and connect with other plebs you can have the time of your life too.
Use the Orange Pill App to connect, it really is the best tool available right now after bitcoin twitter.

You can pay for it with bitcoin on their website, not on the app.
As for other things to do, make sure you visit Panties for Bitcoin, a wonderful family of bitcoiners having a booth at the Bazaar section, booth #106.

You can order online with the coupon code LOVEISBITCOIN for 10% off at https://loveisibitcoin.com/panties
As for events, there are far too many to list, and since I’m not personally attending, I don’t really care to look up. You can find them all at the official website. And I think you can book a last-minute ticket if you’re lucky. It is a bit pricey, but you can always use the coupon code LOVEISBITCOIN for 10% off there as well. https://b.tc/conference/
